About the department
The electrical and computer engineering department was established as a part of the University of Duhok/College of Engineering in August 2006. The first batch of students enrolled in the department was in October 2006.
The curriculum of the programmes are designed depending on standards proposed by some famous institutes like the IEEE society, ACM and adopted by some similar worldwide departments.
