Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access (NOMA) Technique
Objectives or Summary:
NOMA is a multiple access technique where multiple users can simultaneously share the same time and
frequency resources. This differs from traditional orthogonal multiple access (OMA) methods, where
users are allocated separate time slots, frequencies, or codes. NOMA offers significant advantages over
OMA, including increased spectral efficiency, improved user fairness, and better support for massive
connectivity. This technology holds the key to unlocking the full potential of 5G and enabling the
seamless connectivity of the future. This seminar will explore the emerging field of Non-Orthogonal
Multiple Access (NOMA) and its potential to revolutionize future generations of wireless communication
systems.
